We request only the information needed to coordinate an appointment or answer your enquiry. The booking form does not store what you type on this website; it prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
1. Who is responsible for the information?
Appointment communications are handled by the clinic of Dr. Mohammed Abdelmoemen Abuelhadid, 50 El Hegaz Street, Heliopolis, beside Heliopolis Metro Station, Raya & Samsung building, 2nd floor, Cairo. For privacy requests, call 01021690693 or contact the clinic through WhatsApp.
2. What information may be collected?
- Your name, mobile number, preferred clinic day, and an optional note when requesting an appointment.
- X-rays, reports, or health information that you voluntarily send through WhatsApp.
- Basic technical logs that a hosting provider may process for security and operation, such as IP address, browser type, visit time, and requested pages.
Do not enter a national identification number, financial details, or unnecessary sensitive medical information in the booking form.
3. How does the booking form work?
The form builds a prepared message locally in your browser and opens WhatsApp. The website itself does not transmit the form fields to a database or store them on the website server. If you choose to send the message, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s privacy terms and your device settings.
4. Why is the information used?
- To coordinate a clinic appointment and respond to your request.
- To provide a preliminary review of scans or reports when requested; this does not replace an in-person examination when one is needed.
- To support safe communication, continuity of care, and applicable professional or legal obligations.
Your information is not sold, and it is not used for marketing messages without separate consent.
5. Consent and choice
Submitting the booking form or sending a WhatsApp message is voluntary and means that you agree to the use of the information you send for communication and care coordination. You may stop messaging or withdraw consent for future use, subject to legitimate medical, professional, or legal record-retention duties.
6. Who may receive the information?
Information may be accessed by clinic staff responsible for booking or follow-up, or by a participating healthcare provider when you request this or when required for safe care. Hosting, security, and WhatsApp services may process technical data within their roles. Information is not sold or rented to other parties.
7. Retention and security
Appointment messages or medical files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for coordination, follow-up, and applicable professional or legal duties. Appropriate access controls and organisational measures are used, but no electronic method is completely risk-free. Avoid sending information that is not needed for assessment.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact information held by the clinic, or object to its future use, subject to applicable medical or legal duties. Call 01021690693 or contact the clinic through WhatsApp.
9. Children’s information
A parent or legal guardian should send a child’s information and reports. Children should not submit medical or personal information themselves.
10. Cookies and external services
The website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics tools. Some pages may load privacy-enhanced YouTube videos or open third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps; those services apply their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the booking process changes or a new technical service is introduced. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
